here is a Swedish potato sausage recipe for 5 lb's of sausage
1 onoion cut up or 4 tbs granulated onion
1 tbs salt
1 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp allspice
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup water
6 potatoes pared & cut up (6 cups)
1 1/2 lbs pork butt
1 lb lean boneless beef
grind the meat and potatoes through a 3/8 grinder plate and place in a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. after this procedure regrind through the 3/8 plate. stuff into 35-38 mm hog casing.
this sausage is very perishable product. it keeps best when frozen. this sausage may be served fried baked or boiled. when kept in the refrigerator sausage should placed in a container and covered with water.

hope this is what you are looking for. enjoy
