Pre mixing Smokin's Holiday brine

All of the ingredients in the Holiday Brine are items that don't require refrigeration except the chopped garlic. I'd replace the chopped garlic with garlic granules, and you should be good to go. That said, I'd probably stick an iced beverage six pack cooler inside the smoker and store the Holday Sauce inside.

Just put the dry ingredients in a ziplock to carry. You don't HAVE to have the garlic if that's a problem, if you can't refrigerate, go with some dried garlic (not powdered)

Now here's where I totally disagree with Smokin for the first time in 3 years...you HAVE
to include garlic.

I did say you could use Dried Garlic.

It was an option in case they couldn't refrigerate.

But I always use garlic

The dried garlic is a great idea in Brian's situation.

I boiled up the salt/sugars in 2 qts water, then mixed in the honey/vinegar/soy. As suggested I'm bagging the dry spices and granulated garlic to add later along with the other 2 qts water. I've had my sister-in-law's turkey before, I'm glad I was "volunteered". :> -
