I'm smoking ribs (6 racks) and will have them finished and wrapped on saturday but won't be able to serve until sunday because i'll be smoking a brisket on sunday. Will the ribs be fine to warm up and finish on the grill? Or should I do the brisket on saturday and the ribs on sunday? thanks for the help.

I've got 240 lbs of butt and shoulders ready to smoke for the 3rd, I wonder how much I can get in the 50 at one time? After several margaritas last night it was suggested I lay the CS on it's back and fill to rim with pig. Mash the door shut and let'er rip! Wish I had bought that 150! Cool

i would give yer idea a shot the next time on peggy's 150 but i see 2 tiny problems
1- it's bolted to the floor of the trailer
2- peggy would violate every geneva convention rule if i ever made her 150 do a turtle Eeker

RaiderBill - I can bring a 008 up from Sarasota to help out a little. Just let me know when the contest starts.

BTW - A lot of folks have posted pictures of there butts (raw, mid smoked, fully smoked, unpulled, pulled, etc) on the site. For a little diversity, have you considered posting pictures of the contest?
