I posted a note on the KCBS forum asking about how much wood is used when using an offset smoker of a certain size when compared to a cookshack..... There were many answers but the one I liked best is.... "I would stay away from those cookshacks, they're preety finicky from what I understand".... LOL!!!! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Oh, I never thought it was funny except that even though I don't have a cookshack yet ( probably when I get back from vacation I will ) the one thing I learned from these forums is that a CS is NOT finicky. Maybe my sense of disbelief with that statement wasn't obvious enough....
