All our regular members have come to follow your work for the great info,and occasionally entertainment.

The post for NEW USERS is another great addition,but now that we seem to be adding many new members[ a good thing] how do we get them directed to the Find/search,The Best of,and especially the outstanding Smokin' 101 s.

It isn't that we wish to appear rude, by not answering their basic first questions-that we all had.

Not that we don't all enjoy helping,once they have refined their questions.

There should be a better way ,than just each of us posting and telling them to "Go Do These Things".

Maybe a call to ALL our regulars for ideas?

Just a thought ,and we are always appreciative of your efforts.

Okie..you da man!! What a great job you do, not only with the archives and all your wonderful help and suggestions but with putting up with all of us!Keep up the great work, we appreciate it.

Well I do like to feel appreciate since most of the admin stuff isn't "seen" by anyone. The moderation side of this takes hours and hours. I have to read and manually move each post. Move most, delete a few.
