Prime rib for 200 on Friday

Assisting the daughters who are hosting the 30th wedding aniversary of a good friend who mans the grill at our tailgaters. They are doing a surprise party this Friday for 200 of their closest friends and want prime rib. Figure I can get two of them on each shelf in the FE, eight in total with average weight of 14 pounds each. Off to Costco to pick them up, over $700 in meat alone. Will make an interesting cook on the FE, will take some pictures.

Also am doing some salmon fillets and chicken, though I think I will do those on our Klose mobile.
