I had an issue with my controller shorting out. I sent it to CS and they said I had a bad motherboard. I bought the new one and tried to install it today. They don't make the SM020 controller so I received the SM025 instead. All I had to do was replace the wire harness on the motherboard with my old one. Anyway, when I went to hook the controller to my smoker the white wire coming from my smoker popped out of the harness. That was probably my issue all along and not my $200 motherboard. How do I fix this so I can smoke today? Also, CS never sent back my screws to screw the controller back on. Are the screw sizes the same as the screws in the body - maybe 1/2" long. Here's a picture of my harness.
