Decided it was time to pull some chicken for some enchiladas. 2 whole birds rubbed with cookshack chicken rub. 2 hours at 225 degrees for about 2 hours internal temp of 150 in the breast. Foiled with 1/3 can of a coke for 1.5 hours with temp kicked up to 275 degrees. The meat was fall apart tender with plenty of meat for 2-3 meals. Perfect for meals during the week.
