Thanks Thom for being such a fine tour guide. If anyone has the ability to go and cook any of Thoms comps he hosts, I would strongly recommend it. After visiting and listening to him this weekend he works for the cooks and understands what we need to return for the next year.
As far as video of the cooking its easy add your salt, pepper, and ketchup then let the FEC do its magic.
