) I didn't recognize any of those folks. Any chance that there are at least a few Forum participants among them? Since you published their real names, I don't think that I'm impinging on their privacy. Heck I might even be a little more likely to try their recipe if I knew "who" it was from!

I'll be honest with you, Cog...I learned about the contest at Cooking Contest Central.Com. And, whoeeey! Am I glad I did! Maybe a couple of those other folks learned about it round-about, too.
