I am a new owner of a smokette and going to cook for my 3rd time. i cooked a 9# butt first for 12 hours and it came out great, I cooked a brisket flat @ 5# for 7 hours and it was okay , a little dry. My friend picked up 9 pounds of boneless pork butts from the local butcher , 3 of them around 3 pounds each, when i do multiple butts, is there any other calculations or do I go by 3 pounds, and use an internal temp up to 195 ?
