For some of ya'll that might travel to NYC and would actually seek out bbq,here is one of the about five places that have opened in the last couple of years.

R.U.B. BBQ NYC

The menu setup is by Paul Kirk a comp cook,bbq teacher,cookbook author from KCMO.

R.U.B. is for Righteous Urban BBQ.

Have heard that one of the specials is a pork butt,a small pitcher and a couple glasses,and a loaf of bread for about $100.
