Does anyone else have problems with the grill racks warping? My unit is 2 months old and everytime I use it I manually have to push the racks against the side walls in order to slide in the grills.

never heard that problem in several years... always liked that my racks are sturdy and well made... call customer service - they'll take care of you.
Are the actual racks warping or the rack holders on the sides of the unit bowed out a bit at the bottom? if it's the rack holder, both my smokette and model 50 have this issue, but it's not a problem..
Agree with Don. Metal does warp and those side racks are pretty thin.
Also, there are 2 ways to put the racks in.
With the wires pointing front to back or left to right. I've found there IS a slight difference on one of my racks if I try this.

My Smokette racks only fit with wires left to right. The other way they poke out too much to close the door. I assumed they were intended to be this way??
TJR, My Smokette is the same way.
It is not the actual grills but the racks that they slide into. After reading the responses I don't think it is that big of a deal.
