I have not been on the site for a long time, but I need a little help. My smoker got left out in a very heavy rain storm and I do not know if I should just turn it back on. I dried it the best I could. Just afraid to ruin it.

Whoa! Sounds bad.
Those in the know call "Stuart" back at CS headquarters. The service dept is evidently top of the line. Ring 'em up. Take no chances. Get your hair drier out and blow that sucker.

My Smokette's been out in the rain a few times and I usually dry it off and turn it on, haven't had a problem yet! I keep it covered, however sometimes i forget to put the cover on, and it gets a bit wet, but like i said, it never skips a beat..
