I have had my AQ for about 4 or 5 months now and WOW. All my Q is great. Cooking mostly Butts for pulled pork. Using the finshing sauce recipe and everybody thinks it is the best pulled pork ever.
My question is about cleaning. I have searched the forum and have been following the info found there. However, my AQ is starting to smell like rancid fat or grease. It has to effect my finished Q taste sooner or later!
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong or how to clean the AQ to remove this smell.
