You could reheat it in the bag in boiling water, or take it out of the bag, and put it on the pit around 200* This is how I will do mine today. It helps to bring the meat to room temperature first.
Thanks Freddie, I usually boil the bag, but I'm not sure it will heat the meat to 140*. Beings as how I cooked it for a friend, I won't be there when they re-heat. About how long per # do you re-heat?
