Re-heating ptime rib

I've got a 4# prime rib that is vacuum sealed. What is the best way to re-heat this? In the bag? Foil?

You could reheat it in the bag in boiling water, or take it out of the bag, and put it on the pit around 200* This is how I will do mine today. It helps to bring the meat to room temperature first.

Thanks Freddie,
I usually boil the bag, but I'm not sure it will heat the meat to 140*. Beings as how I cooked it for a friend, I won't be there when they re-heat. About how long per # do you re-heat?
