If there's any leftovers from my previous recipe:
Preheat oven to 375F.
1 c diced cooked smoked turkey
1/2 # asparagus, trimmed and sliced diagonally 3/4" thick
Distribute evenly in very well greased 9" pie plate.
1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
3/4 c buttermilk or milk
1/2 c self-rising flour (biscuit or pancake mix can be substituted)
In medium bowl, melt butter. Cool slightly. Beat in eggs and buttermilk. Stir in flour.
Pour into pie pan. Bake until top is golden, 30-40 minutes.
