If you're wanting to scale your recipes you might be interested in MasterCook Deluxe 7.0. It has a recipe scaling feature. It also offers you the ability to store all of your recipes in a database. It has the ability to search the database for recipes and also has a slick import feature. I've been using various versons of MC for years and wouldn't be without it.
