Well,since we had old Bob tell us how bbq should be done,I thought I'd throw in one about how unassuming rednecks do bbq.

That was a good site to visit Tom...I went ahead and checked out Junior's Juke Joint while I was at it........very good stuff. I love livin close to the Delta

Ran into this site a year or so ago and I always get a laugh when I read it again. My favorite line is "The best place to have a pig roast is anyplace but your place". Also get a kick out of the article describing the annual pig roast at Mom's Biker Bar in Longview, TX.
