reheating ribs

Howdy. I'll need to cook about 6 baby backs for a party in a couple of weeks. The party will be out at the beach. I have a Mod 50 smoker and I would be able to cook them and take them directly to the party, but could i also cook them the day before and reheat just before taking them over there?

My advice...

...fresh is best.

Cook them that day. Double wrap them in foil AFTER you cook them. Then place in an ice chest and cover them with a towel and they'll stay warm for several hours.

By the way, there's no ICE in the ICE Chest...LOL

It works for me all the time.

Sounds good. That was what I was hoping to hear. And I'll try to find an ICE chest without any ICE! Maybe I should make a friend with a Dominos delivery guy. They have the coolest food warmers.

Pete,I do it like Smokin' does his,but Sam's Club does sell those hot packs that are a disposable version of the pizza delivery ones.Someday, I may try one if I can't wait around for my cooler.
