I have 3 turkeys in the 18 pound range to smoke. All three of them have to be done at different times. I am wondering about smoking one of them Wednesday, and then reheating the whole bird Thursday? Any suggestions on how to reheat it? The other option is to cold smoke 1 or 2 of them, and do the whole cook for these in the oven. I have 2 smokers so room for doing 2 birds at one time is not a problem.
