I know everyone is getting tired of turkey talk ,but ...
What is the best way for them to be reheated?
I am smoking some for friends on Wednesday and how can they reheat them without messing up all of my hard work.
Basically I want to minimize the chance of them messing up my work so I don't look bad.

now thats a tough one.
this is one way to do it and i sure dont claim it is the best.
chill your bird as fast as possible
next morning wrap it in foil and put in a 250f oven until you hit 165f internal temp
take out and unwrap
skin is gonna be mushy
at this point you have 2 choices
1-turn the oven onto broil and recrisp skin
or
2- use a torch just like doing a fancy dessert. you will have a lot more control and won't risk drying the meat.
you don't need one of those 100 buck fancy dan torches a good burn-zo-matic does the job.
just keep your flame moving
that's how we did it at the conference center years ago
