I was wondering which web sites, books, magazines and mailing lists are a 'must-have' for those who are in the restaurant/food service business. Like the Wall Street Journal for investors, but for food service.

Robbi - not neccessarily what you are looking for, but check this site out. Have them send you a catalog. www.stockyards.com. Expensive, but some good looking meat.....
