Rib and Brisket Pics

Smokin wants to see pics, so... here are plates of finished ribs and brisket at a recent party. Ribs rubbed with BRITU rub and finished with sauce at the end... brisket is served just with dry rub and smoked, with sauce on the side. Mmmmmm.

Here are before and after shots of the first load in my newly seasoned Smokette - The after shot is now being used as the desktop on my computer - gives new meaning to the word megabyte!
