Any of you kind folks out there can tell me how many bones I can expect in a pound of meat for baby backs and spare ribs?...I know it will depend on the size of the ribs and the hawg they come off.

I know I can just drive up to the store and do simple math but its late and I don't have any ribs in the freezer. I just want to get an idea when I see rib prices and what I can roughly expect...

Well, always improving my Que knowledge. Actually I see ribs advertised for consumption in restaraunts as pricing per pound and was curious as to what that worked out to. Also maybe one day I will own a que joint or cater and need to figure it out...all part of gathering info...
