I saw "Danish Ribs" advertised at Kroger on sale for $1.79/lb. I had never heard of Danish Ribs, so I did a forum search and learned alot. However, I saw several references to them being sold at 2-1/4 and down, 3 and up, 1-1/2 and down...what are those numbers refering to?? Is that the total weight of the package? If so, why is a spcific size desireable? If it is something else, what's best?
