I have a SM025 and was going to try a rib rack. I ordered a Cookshack PV008 from The Charcoal Store, which showed in stock on their web site, but after ordering they called and said they were out of stock. They said they have their own design and could send instead. Theirs looks good and should work, but it looks like it could be a dog to clean so they also offer it in stainless for about $24 more. So what do you guys think ? Is it a good rack ? and is it worth the differebce in price to go with the stainless ?

I would buy the stainless because you can scrub stainless with anything and not ever worry about damage to the stainless surface, unlike the plated racks which can wear and be damaged over time. I now have all stainless racks for my 2 cookshacks - regular grills, rib racks, and seafood grills. I bought some from Cookshack and some from Charcoal Store when Cookshack did not offer it in stainless.
I hate to step on Cookshack's toes, but they do not offer stainles ribracks.
I wore through the plating on my Smokette and AmeriQue racks after roughly 4 years use.
When I ordered ribracks I wanted Stainless for that reason.
They are very similar in design to Cookshack's plated rib racks.
Spray them well with Pam before use and soak them overnight in water with a squirt of Dawn and they'll clean right up
