This is a lame question, but any suggestions will be appreciated.

Our menu is about done. We have entree descriptions that hopefully will not only inform our guests of what they are eating, but also invite them to try something new.

I plan to feature Rib Tips, just need a few inviting / informative words.

I've checked out numerous restaurant menu's, most just state Rib Tips.

hey there,
I own a Q joint in Colorado. this last year we were able to get rib tips through US FOODS. $1 a pound! they were meaty and tender. we ran them as specials on sunday. were charged $8.95 for 1 pound of tips on a large bed of hand cut fries. we would sell 30 orders in 2 hours or less. people loved them! and profit margin was outstanding! we just had waitstaff sell the product to our customers....lol we should have done them more often....lol
