Put on some small spare ribs around noon today with oak and pecan wood,maybe 3 oz. total.Turned on unit to 225 and started smokin!Left door closed till 4pm,opened door and bathed ribs in pineapple juice with butter added and put in 4 burgers and all should be ready by 530pm,I hope as its smelling soooo goood!!

Yes,the ribs and burgers turned out great!I could not believe how done the burgers got and were very juicy.Basic ground beef with salt&pepper on the burgers.Had to brown just a minute on each side when I brought them in as they were still pink on the inside.Thank yall for posting new ideas to try in the smokers.
