There is only one place to turn for expert Q advice, right here, and I need help (in sooo many ways).

As usual, I got elected to bring the ribs to another outing. Unfortunately, I will need to have the Baby Backs done before hand.

My questions are:
I have already bought the Baby Backs on sale (18 racks) and frozen'em, what are my concerns?

I need to cook the ribs before we leave. How do I warm and ready the racks later for serving? I will have an oven and a small, cheesy gas grill at my disposal

Should I apply BBQ sauce before or after the reheat, or not at all?

It's a lot of ribs, should I use rib hooks or put them all on racks in my 205?

Thanks for your advice,

Scot

Use the gas grill. Wrap them and hold them after you smoke them.

Take them out, let them warm up a bit in the kitchen, then put them on a grill, probably use a sauce and glaze them.

Check the first rib to see if it's overcooked. Sometimes, that happens when you reheat, to compensate, you can undersmoke them a little and finish on the grill, but it's hard to estimate times for doing that.
