Ribs hard to come by

I was all set to do some ribs last weekend. I went out to get the ribs on Saturday and couldn't find any. I went to 3 major supermarkets around my house and they were all sold out. I guess everyone else had the same Idea I did only they had it first. So I did a wing feast on my weber. It was good, but it wasn't ribs...I am determined to get some ribs this weekend and give them a try in my lil smokette. I will let you know how they turn out.

If you have a Sam's Club in your area,you can probably get in-even if not a member.

Their 3 packs of loinbacks have been running less than $3.00/lb. and their trimmed and untrimmed spares have been very reasonable also.
