I think it is purely based on your own preferences and cooking style. I know of a very good bbq cook who starts them bone side down and then flips them to meat side down halfway throught the cook.
I cook mine meat side up. I can fit whole racks into my Elite, so I haven't had a need to cut them. If you cut them, it won't change the cooking dynamics or results.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
