People were discussing the pan at Target for making smoked almonds (Look for Kitchen essentials from Calphalon non stick bakeware 12 x 17 inch crisping pan.) so I thought I would throw out another piece of cookware that I use a LOT
It is a roasting pan with a rack that fits inside so that smoke can circulate around whatever piece of meat you put in it. We smoke steaks, London broil, etc a lot and this saves a lot of clean up but still allows a piece of meat to be smoked before possibly throwing it on the grill.
It is a Chicago Metallics Roasting Pan and they make them in several sizes including one small enough to fit into a smokette with the smaller racks.
Works well for a lot of smoking situations.
