Rod Grey Now On KCBS Board.

The President position is one of the normal board positions and we would need to add another member but something else came to light last night. The bylaws read that after two terms you must let one year lapse before running. This means that Mr Ross was not legally able to run for the board. The Board took action last night to correct this situation and Mr Ross was correctly not allowed to assume office. Rod Gray was installed into that position.
