Go to "find" at the top left of your post and enter "roast or loin". There's a ton of information.

I would smoke at a lower temperature like 235* or 250*. I don't smoke with the FEC so someone else may offer additonal information. But no matter how you prepare it or smoke it, take it off no later than 150* internal and let it rest for a short time. It will be delicious.
