Wow, that photo brings back some memories. That's Red Square they're standing in with St. Basil's Church's onion domes in the background-center. The GUM store is on the left and the clock tower on the right is part of the armory. The two gentlemen are facing the museum of history and the Kremlin is sort of between the Gum Store and the museum of history.

Shucks I didn't even know they barbecued in Russia. But then, after drinking enough vodka who who was thinking about Q. Big Grin

those Russians are bbq/smoke experts and they do it the real old fashioned way.The meats they have are awesome.Smokeing is almost a way of life, especialy smoked fish. They don't plan on refigeration after they smoke, so some of the chicken I had was pretty salty.The shashleak(shishkabob)was great!
