Blood pressure is an issue in my household. I found a company that sells salt free sausage seasoning pakets. Anybody in here ever try any ? (salt free) and did you like it ?

Salt free sausage sounds like an oxymoron. Sure hope it works for you! Let us know how it is. I am sure that many people have issues with salt.

I just ordered some. I will leave you know when i get a chance to make some of it.
Thanks shtrdave, I will be checking in periodicaly, I'm in no rush, just curious. For 4 bucks, I'll probably order some for myself just to see. 4 bucks to season 25 pounds seem reasonable to me.

Be sure that you package and cook or freeze these sausages as fresh meats.
If the spice mix does not include a curing agent such as nitrite/nitrate don't attempt to cold smoke the sausage, as it could be dangerous without any cure or salt.
