Well... I just returned from the 14th annual "Mans Trip". During this week long event, I enjoyed some delicious baby back ribs that one of the "Man Trip Club" members brought. They were already cooked (smoked) and all we had to do was reheat them and they were delicious. Smiler I must get the recipe for the rub and sauce that were used, but my friend told me I may have to give up my first born. Along with the fantastic flavor, I found these ribs to be very meaty and mostly fat free. When I asked where the ribs came from, he told me Sam's Club. He also told me that he purchased them by the case and got a discounted per pound price at our local Sam's. Has anyone else tried their ribs? If so, what are your thoughts?

Hey Dr. It's me again. I use Sam's Club baby backs almost exclusively. They're great. You can expect them to be pretty consistent, meaty and flavorful. Hit them with your favorite rub and let Cookshack take care of the rest. Sauce on the side or lightly sauce or lightly sauce and put them on the grill for a few minutes. Hmm. Hmm.
Sam's Club around here usually carries IBP brand spares and baby backs, which I have found to be very consistent from purchase to purchase. Sometimes they have other brands, and that has worked out fine as well. I have also bought by the case and froze what I didn't need at the moment.

Many/most other places around here sell injected product, which I don't like, so Sam's Club is generally the place to go for me
