Certainly. I use that Sauce/Mop/Baste quite often for that very purpose. In frequent taste tests with friends, they prefer the "sauced" version. I think "most" places serve something on it, in the midwest, they'll add Red BBQ Sauce and in the South, they'll add the Traditional Vinegar. Being from AR, you're allowed to go with the Vinegar.... Wink

In fact, I also use it when I add it to the bags when I vacu seal them for later use.
