Another happy camper. Pulled pork was awesome, pulled out after 16 hours 15 minutes when probe hit 195. Double wrapped in HD foil, wrapped in beach towel and put in small cooler. Left in there for 4-5 hours then pulled and served with Cookshack Spicy sauce & Smokin's Mustard sauce. (By the way they are not bad when you mix a little of both sauces together.)

Couldn't be happier, hardest decision is what to cook next.
