Hi Folks,
Just got the new 66 in today, now in the middle of the 4hr seasoning. I used 6oz of wood, foiled, and will now let the clock run.
Smoker seems to working just fine, but we will know for sure tomorrow when we smoke the Brisket.
I did have a tack weld on one of my left side rails that was not tacked right out of the box. I also noticed the rack was not loaded on that rail.
Kinda minor, but it is what it is. Broken tack weld.
