securing FEC 100 to floor of concession trailer

Just purchased a FEC 100. Will be installing smoker to floor of outside deck of concession trailer. Deck area has common ceiling to the enclosed kitchen section of trailer. trailer is 18ft long, enclosed kitchen area is 12x8 and deck area is 6x8. deck area has walls but with flip up concession windows. Any ideas about how to secure legs of smoker to metal floor and how to vent smoker thru ceiling. Going thru walls not possible. Thanks, Jelly Belly

The wheels are removable, so take them off and bolt it directly to the floor.

You can use a vent hood of the CFM draws enough or you'll have to vent through the ceiling.

Recommend you have a way to level the trailer. You don't want to get to FEC too far off level.

I'm having a custom trailer made for competitions and what the trailer builder is going to so is weld a cross member from front to back on both sides. Weld nuts to the floor and make t handle bolts that will go thru cross memebers into the floor. The trailer will be done in 3 to 4 weeks, I will post pics when done.
