I have the four rack system in my FEC100 and was considering purchasing the 7 rack system. Is there enough room between the racks to slide in a full size alumimun pan?

What are the advantages of the 7 rack system. It looks like there is enough room for ribs or sausage but not split chickens?

Thanks,
Johnny

Thanks for the replys. Yes wish we had ordered the 7 rack from the start but really didn't know it was available. Cost a couple hundred dollars to up grade but probably worth it from the flexability stand point.

I was wondering about the pans from a vending stand point. Holding pans of cooked chops or sausage and such.

Thanks,
Johnny

Im thinking of buying the seven rack myself but will probally never fill this unit enough meat to use it, but STLDoc clued me in on a water bath System using the lowest shelf to help add moisture to the cook. So I went to the CookShack web site and i didnt see it listed? do they still sell it?
