Just did some jumbo shrimp and scallops, with a side of local asparagus. Marinated the shellfish for about a half an hour in butter, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, cayenne, lime juice and mustard powder. Cooked at 275* for about 15 minutes. DELICIOUS. Summer is coming. Been in the 70's the last few days. I got a good sunburn working this past weekend. Dr BBQ will be here this coming weekend for a competition cooking class. Going to be a good one.
