I am trying to decide if I want to add to my smokers. I have a smokette and a model 50, very pleased with both. Spent many hours recently searching the forums and see that the pelletheads have some advantages. I am not in food service, don't plan to be. It may be a "men and their toys" thing. Please convince me that a pellet smoker will do things I can't do with the two CS smokers I have.

I'll use your input to convince my wife that I should make the purchase, so be very, very convincing!

You can use it as an oven to bake pizza and bread.

You can use it as a grill, for your traditional high temp favorites.

You can get quicker temp recovery,after opening your door.

You can get twice as much food done ,when the neighbors find out.

You can use it when you decide to enter a sanctioned contest.

You can drive some logburners crazy .
