What is considered a good shrink rate for RIBS? What is the best temp and time in a Cookshack? Thanks.

I never got too concerned with shrink weight on ribs,but Smokin' has done some measurements before and after that he can probably share with you.

As Don says,the 101 is a wealth of info and we'll try to add any specifics.
