Sirloin Tip Roast

I found a good deal on Sirloin Tip Roast @ $1.99
They run between 7# and 11#.
Has anyone smoked one of these, I've just been cutting them into Thick seaks and Smoke Grilling, they are a bit tougher than most cuts due to the lower fat and marbling

They don't really lend themselves to smoking.

You can cook them fast /hot until about 135º,and slice real thin-across the grain.

In the FIND at page top,there should be threads where I used Jim Minion's technique,flavoring,etc.
