Have had an sm-160 for about 3 weeks. Was a refurb model from Cookshack. Have cooked ribs brisket, butts, etc. Inside is clean with very little grease and remnants and surfaces are foiled per directions. Three days ago I loaded it with 8 halef pans of beans covered in foil. Started cook cycle and turned on hood fan as usual. 45 minutes or so into the cook I heard what sounded like a shotgun blast form the room the oven is in and found the door blown half way open. Door is deformed beyond repair and hinge pins are badly bent on locks. Vents top and bottom are open and the door seal is not burned at all. Nothing inside indicates a fire.

To get an explosion you must have air, fuel and ignition source. I got the air and ignition source covered....where did the fuel come from??? Beans usually don't produce methane until consumed. Any ideas on this one???
