I received my SM009 earlier this month. Smoked two whole chickens after seasoning it the day it arrived then followed up with slabs of baby backs. Everything turned out great - - the ribs were very, very good. I'd like to thank this forum for compiling such a helpful knowledgebase. It answered a lot of my questions and helped make my first smokes successful. Tonight I start smoking the huge pork butt sitting in my refrigerator. Tommorrow night I plan on enjoying world class pulled pork thanks to my Cookshack Smoker and everyone on this forum.
