SM025 temp probe

Hi Guys—I got my SM025 just a couple of weeks ago. The jack on the control panel is loose. I can attach the temperature probe to it, but it is very loose. Can I remove that module and tighten that jack down? Is that jack easy to access? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Since the smoker is new, please call CS and talk to their great customer service people before trying anything yourself. They will give you great advice, and fix your problem.
